Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Various locations across New York.

Job Description:
As a BCBA at ImagineThat ABA, you will be crucial in assessing, developing and implementing effective behavior intervention programs for clients with Autism and other developmental disorders. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting functional assessments, creating behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans, training and coaching a team of RBTs and caregivers, and monitoring progress through data analysis. Collaboration with families, schools, and other professionals will also be a key aspect of this role.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a master’s degree in a related field (ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or similar)
  • Experience in conducting functional assessments and developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
  •  Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards of conduct

Job Description:
As an RBT at ImagineThat ABA, you will provide direct 1:1 applied behavior analysis therapy for clients with Autism and other developmental disorders. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement behavior intervention plans, collect and analyze data, and provide feedback to the BCBA regarding progress. Your role will involve delivering programming in various settings such as homes, schools, or community-based settings, assisting with skill acquisition, and promoting the generalization of skills across environments.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a current and valid RBT certification or be willing to take the 40 HR RBT Course.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism or related developmental disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards of conduct
